A few things clients normally ask us:

Once you have filled in the online form, someone will be in contact to setup a phone call. On that call we will discuss your specific project and important goals (timelines, budget & expectations). If we feel we are the right fit for one another, we will come to take a look at your site and provide a complimentary one hour meeting. During that meeting we will go over what your exact needs are and the type of services FORM provides to help facilitate your specific project. Once the meeting has concluded we will provide you with a scope of work that will outline the entire project including timelines and pricing. If you choose to move forward with our services we will require a deposit and a signed service agreement. We cannot provide any other site visits without a deposit and signed service agreement. This company policy allows us to focus our attention on our clients without distraction.

Given the resources required to build out commercial spaces, we do not work with budgets less than $500,000. We are great designer who can think outside the box, but we are not magicians. The better the budget, the better the outcome and client satisfaction. We tell our clients that if the budget is strained due to a lack of resources you will spend more money on us as, your designers and less on the actual budget. This is due to trying to stretch the budget which requires many hours of resourcefulness, rather than getting the client what they need at market value. scription text goes here

This is a complex question to answer and really depends on each clients particular needs. Six months is a typical timeline, but could be shorter or longer. Good designs take time.
